Wattcost is an exciting, rapidly growing technology start-up based in Sydney, Australia. Our internationally awarded product unlocks the potential of real-time home intelligence to help consumers save money, protect their family and the environment. Our first consumer product ships in the second half of 2018 and you will be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of digital marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, analytical, creative and passionate individual with 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing/growth hacking at a tech startup, digital media company or similar. You will join a growing team and gain exposure to a unique environment working in the consumer technology, digital energy and sustainability spaces. You'll enjoy operating in a highly efficient agile environment using the latest online tools alongside a team of autonomous individuals that have strongly aligned beliefs and laser focused goals.
You should have a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit – Wattcost is growing quickly, with each team member given significant responsibility and autonomy. You should have the ability to work, learn and develop ideas on your own, taking ownership of your area.
We check our dashboards first thing in the morning, and sometimes (always) when we wake up in the middle of the night. We're looking for someone who is just as obsessed as we are with data, and goes even deeper into the data than we can. You should be able to perform cohort analyses broken down by region, referral source, track churn and CLV regularly, and use data to drive your decisions.
